RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, please fill out the form below to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code prior to returning an order. You will need to provide two pieces of information in order to receive a RMA code:
1) the first and last name of the person by whom the order was placed or the order number and
2) the reason for return (did not like, defective, too small, etc.). A request for a RMA code must be made within 14 days of receipt.

The return must then be received

• Once you will fill out the form we will reply with the rma and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
• We do not charge restocking fees for rma requested within 7 days of the delivery date and received by us within 7 days of when the RMA code is issued.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• RMA codes requested from 7-14 days of recipient and received by us in the following 7 days a 10 % restocking fee will be applied.

EXCHANGES

• All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States.
• For international orders, the exchange fee is based on the value and weight of the item.
• The 10% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanges.
• If the returned item does not arrive in its original condition with all paperwork, dustbags, and/or boxes, it might be returned back to you, or an additional restocking fee will be applied.

Note: All returns must be accompanied by a RMA code—we cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns that are not correctly processed.
When making a return, please write the RMA code on the exterior of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside the package. You do not need to include the original invoice.

*We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that you to ship your return with insurance using a tracking service.
